INSIDE IOWA: Who Is Talent Collective DSM

This week we talked with the President of Talent Collective DSM.  There isn’t a lack of workforce talent in Iowa but a pipeline shortage.  They exist to bridge that gap between the students in our community and what’s needed in middle skill jobs in Iowa.
