Congratulations to Ayden Dorethy, 8th Grader at Albia Community Schools, our Nash Athlete of the Week!
“My son Ayden isn’t a huge sport kiddo, but he started archery when he was in 4th grade. He was so small and could barely hit the target. Fast forward to now him being in 8th grade he has rocked it this year making person best scores on block and 3D. He made it into state archery for his individual block and team score along with 3D. I am one proud mom for him! We listen to this every Friday on the way to school and I told him I was going to nominate him jokingly, he said he wasn’t sporty enough to get picked. I want to prove him wrong! I want him to know how proud I am of his achievements!” Nominated by his Mom, Lindsey Brandon
