Congratulations to Mollie Blades, incoming Freshman at Dowling High School, our Nash Athlete of the Week!
“Mollie has been wrestling for 5 years. She has many national titles with her Most recent National titles was Pre season Nationals Championship. Mollie recently underwent labrum repair surgery last week after wrestling with a torn labrum without knowing since April. She injured her shoulder first match of a two national dual tournament and wrestled the whole weekend winning every match for her dual team. She then did physical therapy and thought she wa s getting better and wrestled freestyle state where she got first place . She recently won AAU highschool state as an 8th grader.” Nominated by her Mom, Jeni Blades
