“This is a joint nomination for Grant Nore and his fishing partner Evan Powell, who competed in the TBF state high school bass fishing tournament at Lake Okoboji on April 19, competing against 60 of the best high school fishing teams in the state. They brought home the state championship with a monster 5-fish bag weighing 26.31 pounds! They also had tournament big bass with a 6.55 pound largemouth.
