Congratulations to Hadley Reese, Freshman at Johnston Middle School, our Nash Athlete of the Week!
“Hadley was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in September 2024 which was right at the start of 8th grade and shortly after turning 13. She has handled this diagnosis with such grace over the last almost 2 years. While this disease does have its bad days she still doesn’t let it stop her and is bound and determined to keep playing the sports that she loves which are softball and basketball. She is such a kind young woman and is a wonderful teammate and friend and is the first one to congratulate a teammate for an incredible play.” Nominated by her Mom, Beth Reese
